Jerome Charles Stenehjem 
Jerome Charles was born on June 16th, 1923 in Arnegard, McKenzie County, North Dakota. Jerome Charles' father was Martin Sever Stenehjem and his mother was Emma Sofia Bjornstad. His paternal grandparents were Andreas Amundson Stenehjem and Gunvar Trehus; his maternal grandparents were Edward Nelson Bjornstad and Anna Nyborg. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Martin Edward, Gerald Alexander, Gwendolyn Avis, Dorothy Eloise and Geraldine Ann. He was the third youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 65 in 1988.-
