William Parker Shaver 
William Parker was born on July 30th, 1845. William Parker's father was William Shaver and his mother was Josina Hill. His paternal grandparents were John Shaver and Leah Norris. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Napoleon Bonaparte, Benjamin Franklin, Luther H., Sylvanus L., Winfield Scott, James Otis, Elizabeth, Rosina R., Josephine B. and Helen Virginia. He was the fourth oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 13 on March 10th, 1859 in Marion County, West Virginia.-
