Jane Plumpton

Jane was born about 1397 in Plumpton, Yorkshire, England. Jane's father was William de Plumpton and her mother was Alice de Gisburn. Her paternal grandfather was Robert de Plumpton and her paternal grandmother is Isabella le Scrope; her maternal grandparents were John de Gisburn and UNKNOWN Ellen. She had six brothers and two sisters, named William, Robert, Thomas, Richard, George, Bryan, Isabella and Katherine. She is the third youngest of the nine children.
