Thomas Miller was born on May 1st, 1898 in Geary County, Oklahoma Territory. Thomas Miller's father was Daniel Owen and his mother was Laura Louisa Scott. His paternal grandparents were Amasa Owen and Sarah Wiley; his maternal grandparents are Moses Rhodes and Alice Virginia Forbes Scott. He had two brothers and a sister, named George Walter, William McKinley and Louisa Mae. He was the second oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 54 on January 2nd, 1953 in El Dorado, Butler County, Kansas. He was buried in El Dorado, Butler County, Kansas.-
