Martha was born on August 1st, 1714 in Hebron, Tolland, Connecticut. Martha's father was Josiah Owen and her mother was Mary Mercy Hosford. Her paternal grandparents were Josiah Owen and Mary Osborn. She had six brothers and two sisters, named Ashel, Noah, Isaac, Josiah, Amos, Silas, Mary and Anne. She died after 1736.-
