Elijah Owen 
Elijah was born after 1718 in Lebanon, New London County, Connecticut. Elijah's father was Joshua Owen and his mother was Margaret Woodworth. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Owen and Esther Osborn; his maternal grandparents were Benjamin Woodworth and Hannah Damon. He had six brothers and five sisters, named Joshua, Kerziah, Leoniad, Samuel, Eliphalet, John, Martha, Althea, Naomi, Esther and Jemima. He was the fifth youngest of the twelve children. He died in June 1799 in Salisbury, Litchfield County, Connecticut.-
