John L. Largent 
John L. was born in 1793 in Hampshire County, Virginia (now West Virginia). John L.'s father was Lewis Largent and his mother was Kesiah Parish. His paternal grandparents were John Largent and Christina Catherine Ross. He had three brothers named Joseph, William James and Thomas. He was the oldest of the four children. He had three half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Aaron, Lewis, Samuel L., Elizabeth and Alice. He died after 1824.-
