believes that Peter was an Immigrant from Germany on the Ship "Dragon" in
1749, along with his father, Peter Heimbach...Peter II was a Private 8th
Class, 4th Battalion (Lt Col Philip Boehm, Commander), 8th Company
(Captain John Wagner, Commander), Northampton County Milita, in
approximately 1780. The specific return of the "Associators" which
included Peter II is undated. The Northampton County Militia
participated in the "Battle of Trenton" which has been immortalized in
the painting of "Washington Crossing the Delaware". "
