Johannes Peter Heimbach 
Johannes Peter was born on December 26th, 1737 in Germany. Johannes Peter's father was Johannes Peter Heimbach and his mother was Mary Louisa. His paternal grandparents were Johannes Heimbach and Anna Maria Angelica. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Johannes Adam, George, Maria Margretha and Anna Maria. He was the oldest of the five children. He had six half-brothers named John, George, Phillip, Jacob, George Henry and John Michael. He died at the age of 80 on December 29th, 1817 in Pennsylvania. He was buried in Grubb's Church/Botschaft Cemetery, Chapman Township, Snyder County, Pennsylvania.General Notes

believes that Peter was an Immigrant from Germany on the Ship "Dragon" in
1749, along with his father, Peter Heimbach...Peter II was a Private 8th
Class, 4th Battalion (Lt Col Philip Boehm, Commander), 8th Company
(Captain John Wagner, Commander), Northampton County Milita, in
approximately 1780. The specific return of the "Associators" which
included Peter II is undated. The Northampton County Militia
participated in the "Battle of Trenton" which has been immortalized in
the painting of "Washington Crossing the Delaware". "
Johannes Peter and Mary were married in a religious ceremony about 1764. They had five sons and four daughters, named Johannes Peter, Heinrich, William, John George, John Jacob, Maria Elizabeth, Catharine Barbara, Susanna and Catherine.

Catharine Barbara was born on April 4th, 1773 in Pennsylvania. She died before 1828.
John George Heimbach
John George was born on February 25th, 1775 in Pennsylvania. He died at the age of 53 in 1828.
Catherine Heimbach
Catherine was born on January 8th, 1783 in Pennsylvania. She died at the age of 77 on October 24th, 1860. She was buried in Grubb's Church/Botschaft Cemetery, Chapman Township, Snyder County, Pennsylvania.
