Charles F. Heffner 
Charles F. was born on July 6th, 1838 in Seipstown, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. Charles F.'s father was Samuel Kohler Sr. Heffner and his mother was Maria E. Folk. He had eight brothers and three sisters, named Samuel Kohler Jr., Henry, George, Daniel, David, Peter, Manes, Solomon, Lydia H., Mary Ann and Catherine Maria. He was the sixth oldest of the twelve children. He died in Allentown, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania.-
