Samuel Gilpin 
Samuel was born on June 7th, 1694 in England. Samuel's father was Joseph Gilpin and his mother was Hannah Glover. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Giplin and Joan Bartholomew; his maternal grandparents were George Glover and Alice Lamboll. He had five brothers and eight sisters, named Thomas, George, Joseph, Isaac, Moses, Alice, Ruth, Ann, Sarah, Lydia, Hannah, Rachel and Esther. He died at the age of 73 on December 7th, 1767 in Cecil County, Maryland.-
