Abigail Coates 
Abigail was born on February 4th, 1770 in Amwell, Hunterdon County, New Jersey. Abigail's father was Thomas Coates and her mother is Elizabeth King. She had a brother and a sister, named William and Amy. She was the youngest of the three children. She died at the age of 75 on June 8th, 1845 in Hamburg, Erie County, New York.
Abigail and Moses were married in a religious ceremony on December 16th, 1789 in Buckingham Meeting, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. They had four sons and four daughters, named Aaron, Ezra, John, William, Hannah, Elizabeth, Mary and Amy.
