John Brown 
John was born on August 31st, 1767. John's father was John Brown and his mother was Hannah Owen. His paternal grandparents were John Brown and Mary Eggleston; his maternal grandparents were Elijah Owen and Hannah Higley. He had three brothers and seven sisters, named Frederick, Owen, Abiel, Hannah, Azabah, Esther, Margery, Lucinda, Thede and Roxy. He was the sixth oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 82 in 1849 in New Hartford, Connecticut.-
