Abigail daughter of Jesse 
Abigail's father was Jesse son of Obed and her mother is wife of Jesse. Her paternal grandfather is Obed son of Boaz. She had four brothers, and also four siblings of unknown gender named Eliab, Nethaneel, Ozem, David, Abinadab, Raddai, Shimeah and Zeruiah.General Notes
Abigail, in the Old Testament, wife of Nabal. After Nabal refused food supplies to David (the future king of Israel and Judah) while the latter was an outlaw in the Judean wilderness, Abigail intervened and persuaded David not to punish her husband. Her behavior so charmed David that soon after the death of Nabal, he married Abigail.

Abigail and David were married in a religious ceremony in Carmel, Israel. They had three sons and a daughter, and also five children of unknown gender, named Daniel, Elishama, Jerimoth, Japhia, Eliada, Eliphelet, Ibhar, Nepheg and Nogah.
