Darius Eusebius was born on October 9th, 1850. Darius Eusebius' father was Jacob Eusebius Summit and his mother was Sarah Ann Boyd. His paternal grandparents are Daniel Summit and Sarah Moser; his maternal grandparents were Jeremiah Boyte and Susannah Keicher. He has four brothers and five sisters, named Martin Luther, Joseph Alexandrew, James Hancher, John Fox, Susannah, Martha, Lucinda Emmaline, Rachel F and Miranda Tennessee. He is the third oldest of the ten children. He has a half-brother and four half-sisters, named Daniel T, Elizabeth Jane, Sarah Ann, Hannah Adeline and Lydia Catherine.-
