Willard A. was born on December 5th, 1909 in Murray , Salt Lake Co., Utah. Willard A.'s father is Samuel Turnbow Kemp and his mother was Harriet Gifford. His maternal grandfather was Alpheus Gifford and his maternal grandmother is Sarah Elizabeth Hanson. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Lawrence, Lamar Samuel, Ervin, Earl, Living, Samuel Clyde, Beatrice, Grace, Dortha and Mae. He died at the age of 72 on October 29th, 1982 in Sandy, Salt Lake Co., Utah.-
