William David Chandler 
William David was born on February 9th, 1820 in Tennessee. William David's father was James Chandler and his mother was Barbara Keicher. His maternal grandparents were Conrad Keicher and Margaret Lyerle. He had six brothers and three sisters, named Calvin, Peter, John Kiker, James M., Joseph Henderson, Jeremiah, Lu Margaret, Morgan Catherine and Martha Elizabeth.
