Robert Lee was born on January 7th, 1866 in Tennessee. Robert Lee's father was Darius Esterly Boyd and his mother is Martha Emily Gibson. His paternal grandparents were Jeremiah Boyte and Susannah Keicher. He had seven brothers and six sisters, named Joseph Aaron, William Baxter, Charles Andrew, John Rufus, James Houston, George Sanford, Arthur Calvin, Adeline Alice, Mary Lucinda, Sina Elizabeth, Emily Susan Annie, Minnie Ellen and Zonie Viola. He was the fourth oldest of the fourteen children. He died at the age of 24 in 1890 in Milford, Ellis, TX.-
