Elbert Anders 
Elbert was born in May 1857 in VA. Elbert's father was Thomas Anders and his mother was Sarah Richardson. His paternal grandparents are Starling Anders and Miss Anders. He had six brothers and five sisters, named James Jasper, Newton, Osborn, Floyd, Henry, Abraham, Celia, Patsy, Elizabeth, Mary Polly and Peggy. He was the second youngest of the twelve children. He died before 1910 in Oregon.-
