Arl McCoy was born in 1904 in NC. Arl McCoy's father was John R. Anders and his mother is Birdie Hanks. His paternal grandfather was Berry Anders and his paternal grandmother is Catherine Poole. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Walter Neal, Clinton L., Ernest R., Maude B., Katie Mae and Biddie Fae. He was the youngest of the seven children. He died in Gettysburg, PA.-
