Commi ss ioner of array in co. Derby in 1 230. A bout 121 8 he prese n ted
to
the livi n g of Ash well church, he made a g if t of lands to Wombridge
Pri ory, Salop, 121 5-24, an d was i n litig ation wit h the Ab bot of
Burton
in 1 2 24 and 1226.  H e appears in 1221, as lo rd of Lee Gomery, Salop,
which he p ro bably inherit ed from his mother Pernel. H e married Eliza
beth and die d before 2 January 123 4/5. Eliza beth was livin g in 1245,
when she presented t o Ashwe ll church, an d she wa s probably still
living
