John William SHELTON 
John William was born on March 18th, 1890 in Salt Lake City, S-Lk, Ut. John William's father was George Slowther (Slouther) SHELTON and his mother was Caroline Almira BRITTON. His paternal grandparents were Robert SHELTON and Margaret SLOWTHER; his maternal grandparents are Richard BRITTON and Elizabeth LEE. He had four brothers and five sisters, named George Robert, Frederick Henry, Joseph Richard, Leo, Margaret Elizabeth, Caroline Isabell, Mary Alice, Harriet Ann and Sussanah Pearl. He was the second youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 55 on October 14th, 1945 in Bingham, S-Lk, Ut. He was buried on October 20th, 1945 in American Fork, Utah, Ut.General Notes
