Lucy was born about 1593 in Of, Lydiard Tregoze, Wiltshire, England.  Lucy's father was John SAINT JOHN and her mother was Lucy HUNGERFORD.  Her paternal grandfather was Nicholas SAINT JOHN and her paternal grandmother is Elizabeth BLOUNT; her maternal grandfather was Walter HUNGERFORD and her maternal grandmother is Ann DORMER. She had four brothers and seven sisters, named William, John, Walter, Edward, Catherine, Anna, Jane, Elenora, Barbara, Martha and Martha.  She was the fifth youngest of the twelve children.  She died on October 11th, 1658.


Lucy's family with Allen Apsley

‌Lucy and Allen were married in a religious ceremony on October 23rd, 1615 in St Ann's Blackfriars.  They had five sons and five daughters, named John, William, James, Allen, Edward, Lucy, Barbara, Elizabeth, Mary and Ann.
