Thomas Evans was born on October 29th, 1875 in Huntsville, Weber, Ut. Thomas Evans' father was David MC KAY and his mother was Jennette Eveline EVANS. His paternal grandparents were William MCKAY and Helen (Ellen) OMAN; his maternal grandparents were Thomas EVANS and Margaret POWELL. He had three brothers and six sisters, named David Oman, William Monroe, Morgan Powell Sr., Margaret Elizabeth, Elena Odette, Jeanette Isabel, Ann Powell, Elizabeth Or Lizzie Odette and Katherine Favourite. He was the fourth oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 82 on February 11th, 1958 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah.
