William M. KEELE 
William M. was born on January 17th, 1781 in Henrey, Wyethe, Va.1 William M.'s father was Richard S. KEELE and his mother was Lydia Richmond. His paternal grandparents were Arthur KEELE and Sarah MONNOTE; his maternal grandparents are John RICHMOND and Mrs. John RICHMOND. He had five brothers and two sisters, named John, Jacob, Richard Richmond, David, Thomas, Mary and Sarah. He was the second oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 80 on February 17th, 1861 in Beach Grove, Rutherford, Tn. He was buried after February 17th, 1861 in Jake's Branch Road Cemetery.1 1 General Notes
