John HARWOOD (HARDWOOD) (HOWARD)

John was born on June 25th, 1736 in Hardwick, Worchester, Ma.  John's father was John HARWOOD and his mother is Mary POWERS. He had two brothers and three sisters, named James, Andrew, Sarah, Lydia and Mary.  He was the third youngest of the six children.  He died at the age of 63 on May 12th, 1800 in Rockingham, , Vermont.

‌John and Mary were married in a religious ceremony in 1760 in Pomfret, , Windham Co, Conn.  They had two daughters named Lydia and Polly.
