James HARWOOD

James was born on August 3rd, 1737 in Hardwick, Worchester, Ma.  James' father was John HARWOOD and his mother is Mary POWERS. He had two brothers and three sisters, named John, Andrew, Sarah, Lydia and Mary.  He was the second youngest of the six children.  He died at the age of 39 on November 18th, 1776 in Ticonderoga, Essex, Ny.
