William B. Cissell 
William B. was born in 1728 in PGC,MD. William B.'s father was Phillip Sessell Cissell and his mother was Elizabeth Sprigg Gittings. His paternal grandparents were William Cecil and Mary Unknown. He had three brothers and three sisters, named John, Joshua, Philip Gittings, Mary, Elizabeth and Susannah. He had a half-sister named Elizabeth. He died about 1807 in PGC,MD.1 General Notes
