Elizabeth de was born on September 16th, 1295 in Tewkesbury, Gloucester, England.  Elizabeth de's father was Gilbert 'The Red Earl' De Clare and her mother was Joan "of Acre" Plantagenet.  Her paternal grandparents were Richard De CLARE and Maud De LACY; her maternal grandparents were Edward I "Longshanks" Plantagenet and Eleanor Of CASTILE AND LbEON. She had a brother and two sisters, named Gilbert de, Eleanore and Margaret. She had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Thomas and Mary De.  She died at the age of 65 on November 4th, 1360.  She was buried in St Mary, Aldgate, London, Middlesex, England.
