Anne was born in 1402 in Westmoreland, England.  Anne's father was Ralph De Neville and her mother was Joan de Beaufort.  Her paternal grandparents were Sir John De Neville and Maud De Percy; her maternal grandparents were John Plantagenet and Cathrine Swynford de Roelt. She had eight brothers and six sisters, named Richard, Henry, William, Thomas, Cuthbert, Sir Edward, John, George, Joan, Katherine, Eleanor, Robert, Cecily and Joan.  She was the fourth oldest of the fifteen children. She had two half-brothers and eight half-sisters, named Ralph, Sir John, Lady Philippa, Lady Alice, Lady Margaret, Lady Matilda, Elizabeth, Anna, Elizabeth and Mary.  She died at the age of 78 on September 20th, 1480.

They had three sons and five daughters, named Humphrey, Henry, John, Anne, Joanna, Elizabeth, Margaret and Catherine.
