Hugh de Chesney 
Hugh was born about 1110. Hugh's father was Roger de Chesney and his mother was Alice de Langetot. His paternal grandparents were Sire de Quesnay Ralph and Maud de Wateville; his maternal grandfather was Ralph de Langetot. He had four brothers and three sisters, named William, Roger, Ralph, Robert, Isabel, Beatrice and Hawise. He was the third youngest of the eight children.-
