George Washington Thompson 
George Washington was born on August 14th, 1893 in Melrose, Wisconsin. George Washington's father was George Alexander II Thompson and his mother was Julia Emoline Levis. His paternal grandparents were George Thomson and Elizabeth Milne; his maternal grandfather was Levis. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Frank, Benjamin, John Harold, Mamie, Daisy, Bessie, Nell and Rose. He was the second youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 84 on January 7th, 1978 in Melrose, Wisconsin.General Notes
