He died in Sutton, Mass., abt. 1 740. His widow married Cornelius
Putnam, Nov. 12, 1741, who was a widower at t hat time, having a son,
Cornelius Putnam, Jr.

he probably removed to Sutton in 1735 or 6.
His father states in his will that "he had no trade."
