Phebe was born about 1595 in Bovington, Hertford, England. Phebe's father was Thomas Deacon and her mother was Martha Fielde. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Deacon and Joan Allen; her maternal grandparents were John Fielde and Grace Turner. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Thomas, Elisha, Thomas, Anne, Sarah and Martha. She was the oldest of the seven children. She died on September 20th, 1663 in Topsfield, Essex, Massachusetts.-
