Philip Mainwaring 
Philip was born in 1530 in Over Peover, Carincham, Cheshire, England. Philip's father was Sir Randall Mainwaring and his mother was Elizabeth Brereton. His paternal grandparents were Sir John Mainwaring and Katherine Hanford; his maternal grandparents were Sir Randall Brereton and Eleanor Dutton. He had three sisters named Katherine, Margaret and Elizabeth. He was the youngest of the four children. He had two half-brothers named Richard and Hugh. He died at the age of 43 on April 11th, 1573.-
