Rev. Harm Tammen Kruger 
Rev. Harm Tammen was born on April 16th, 1867 in Shannon, Illinois. Rev. Harm Tammen's father was Klaas C. Kruger and his mother was Berenedena Groenhagen. His paternal grandparents were Christian (Chris) Eilers Kruger and Neone Klaasson Soorholz. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Christian, Henry K., Klaas Barney, Barney, Albert John, Naunia and Gertie. He was the oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 31 on December 25th, 1898 in Rural Austinville, Iowa. He was buried in Washington Reformed Church cemetery, Austinville, IA.-
