Philip Egerton 
Philip was born about 1430 in Egerton, Cheshire, England. Philip's father was Sir John Egerton and his mother was Margaret Fitton. His paternal grandparents were Philip Egerton and Matilda De Malpas; his maternal grandfather was John Fitton. He had five brothers named William, Ralph, Hugh, Peter and John. He was the oldest of the six children. He died in 1474.-
