Adbelahide was born in 1029 in Normandy, France.  Adbelahide's father was Robert II "the Magnificent" and her mother was Herleva Arlette De Falaise.  Her paternal grandparents were II Richard and Juetta (Judith) de Bretagne; her maternal grandparents were Rollo Filbert de Falaise and Doda Duxia. She had three brothers and a sister, named Ralph, William 'The, Drogo and Felicia.  She was the second youngest of the five children. She had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Robert, Earl of Kent and Bishop of Bayeux, Emma and Muriel.  She died before 1090.
