Thomas Cook

Thomas was born about 1610 in Salem, Essex, Massachusetts. Thomas' father was Edmund Cook and his mother was Elizabeth Nicholls. His paternal grandparents were Henry Cooke and Anne Goodere; his maternal grandfather was John Nicholls. He had four brothers and a sister, named Joseph, George, John, Henry and Elizabeth. He was the second oldest of the six children.
