Henry Cook

Henry was born on June 2nd, 1615 in Salem, Essex, Massachusetts. Henry's father was Edmund Cook and his mother was Elizabeth Nicholls. His paternal grandparents were Henry Cooke and Anne Goodere; his maternal grandfather was John Nicholls. He had four brothers and a sister, named Joseph, Thomas, George, John and Elizabeth. He was the second youngest of the six children.
