William II Blackburn

William II was born about 1708.  William II's father was William Blackburn and his mother was Elizabeth Tye.  His paternal grandparents were John Blackburn and Elizabeth; his maternal grandparents were Lambeth Tye and Mary. He had two brothers and two sisters, named John, Lambeth Tye, Elizabeth and Susannah.  He was the second oldest of the five children.
