Schwanhilde Billung

Schwanhilde was born about 0941 in Saxony, Germany.  Schwanhilde's father was Herman Billung and her mother was Hildegarde von Westerbourg.  Her paternal grandfather was Count of Saxony Billung. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Bernard I, Liudger, Lady Matilda Billung of and Abbess of Hereford.  She was the oldest of the five children.  She died on November 24th, 1014.

They had a son named Margrave of the Saxon Ostmark.
