Marmaduke Beckwith

Marmaduke was born about 1633 in Aldsborough, Yorkshire, England. Marmaduke's father was Arthur Beckwith and his mother was Mary Wyvill. His paternal grandparents were Roger Beckwith and Susannah Brakenbury; his maternal grandparents were Sir Marmaduke Wyvill and Isabel Gascoigne. He had a brother and three sisters, named Sir Roger, Mary, Isabel and Susan. He was the oldest of the five children.
