Abraham Whitney 
Abraham was born on February 23rd, 1723 in CT. Abraham's father was Joseph Whitney and his mother was Hannah Hoyt. His paternal grandparents were *John Whitney and *Elizabeth Smith; his maternal grandparents were Zerubbabel Hoyt and Hannah Knapp. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Hezehika, Joseph, David, Hannah, Thankful and Elizabeth. He was the youngest of the seven children.-
