George Washington Ward 
George Washington was born on July 26th, 1888. George Washington's father was George Washington (Wash) Ward and his mother was Margaret Angeline Bass. His maternal grandparents were Fineas Ewing Bass and Indiana Powers. He had three brothers and seven sisters, named Edwin Francis, Pervis Winfred, James Warner, Clara Cordelius, Sarah Cordella, Sherilda Eldora (Dora), Ida Belle, India (Jane), Minnie Dell and Auda Estel. He was the second youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 84 on May 8th, 1973 in Boonville,Warrick County,Indiana.-
