Roland Reed was born on June 13th, 1895 in White Rock,Clarksville,Red River,TX.1 Roland Reed's father was Joseph Terry and his mother was Martha Jane Martin. His paternal grandparents were John Terry and Lucinda King Reed. He had six brothers and five sisters, named Isaac Coke "Ike", Ira Luke, Mark Peter "Pete", Joseph E., Timothy Titus, Henry Martin, Maggie Bell, Mary Emma, Nannie May, Elbina Leola and Lady Girl. He was the third youngest of the twelve children. He had three half-sisters named Lucinda Jane, Margaret C. and M. E.. He died at the age of 69 on March 7th, 1965 in Clarksville,Red River,TX.
