Know ye that we the said R alphRegan, John Regan, and Richard Regan of the Parish of St. Martins in theCou nty of Bladen, Planters, for and in consideration of the love,goodwill and affe ction which we have and do bear towards our lovingMother, Anna Regan, of the sa me Parish and County, widow, have given andgranted and do by these presents fre ely give and grant unto the saidAnna Regan, or during the space of her life or widowhood, a certaintract of land whereon she nows lives, containing 150 acres, it being onehalf of a 300 acre survey for Joseph Regan with all the hereditame ntsthereunto belonging in the Parish aforesaid, of which the signing ofthese pr esents, we have delivered her, the said Anna Regan, in fullpossession of the sa id tract of land with all of the hereditamentsthereunto belonging.
