Mary READ 
Mary was born on March 31st, 1736 in Freetown,Bristol,MA. Mary's father was Oliver READ and her mother was Martha DURFEE. Her paternal grandparents were John REED JR JR. and Mary PIERCE; her maternal grandparents were Thomas DURFEE and Ann FREEBORN. She had six brothers and a sister, named Joseph, Oliver, Jonathan, Nathan, Benjamin, Gideon and Wait. She was the third oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 69 on March 12th, 1806.General Notes
