Abraham was born about 1722 in Henrico,VA. Abraham's father was Thomas (Sr) Pruett and his mother was Mary Magdalene Chastain. His paternal grandparents were *Henry (Sr) Prewitt\Pruett and *Rebecca Ann Dabbs\Dobbs; his maternal grandparents were Etienne Chastain and Jeanne Laurent.
