Isaac Holms was born on January 3rd, 1835. Isaac Holms' father was Marsham (Massa) Powers and his mother was Jane Holmes. His paternal grandparents were Isaac H. Powers and Abigail Davis. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Jacob, Jackson, James, Samuel M., Indiana, Lavina Jane, Margaret (Peggy) and Hannah Mathewson. He was the fifth oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 72 on May 5th, 1907 in Boon Township,Warrick County,Indiana. He was buried in Freedom Cem. Warrick County,IN.-
