William D. Pierson 
William D. was born on April 11th, 1843 in Scottsburg,IN. William D.'s father was Henry Clinch Pierson and his mother was Louisa Hazzard. His paternal grandparents were Shadrach Pierson and Rachel Clinch. He had three brothers and three sisters, named George F., Andrew Jackson, Henry C., Rachel C., Charlotte and Mary L.. He was the youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 72 on April 17th, 1915.-
